Terms of Use

The use of this website and the information distributed in connection with it is offered on acceptance of these Terms of Use. By using the fresco.co.uk website you agree to be legally bound by these terms.


Use of Information

All copyright and other intellectual property rights for all website content are owned by Fresco Graphic Displays Ltd. The information given on our website—such as text, images, and downloads—is made available to customers of Fresco only. Images and text must not be downloaded and republished for marketing purposes.


Conditions of Use

As a visitor to our website, you acknowledge and agree that any reliance on or use by you of any information available on this website shall be entirely at your own risk. In no event shall Fresco Graphic Displays Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or the performance of this website or information downloaded from it.

E&OE – all product specifications are for reference only and measurements are approximate. Fresco Graphic Displays Ltd endeavours to publish information that is as accurate as possible; however, there may be slight variations from time to time.


Supply of Artwork

It is the customer’s responsibility to supply artwork of the correct size, format, and specification for the product ordered. Fresco Graphic Displays Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays or costs incurred if unsuitable artwork files are provided.

Fresco will check supplied artwork for basic suitability and will advise if there are any obvious issues (e.g. incorrect sizing). We do not make in-depth checks such as spelling, grammar, or image resolution unless specifically requested. Additional charges may apply for proof-reading or detailed file checking.

Fresco offers a full artwork design service if required. For a quotation, please contact info@fresco.co.uk with a brief outline of your requirements.

Turnaround Times

  • Unprinted items are normally despatched within 5 full working days.

  • Printed items have a standard production lead-time of 7 full working days, counted from the next full working day after we receive print-ready artwork or final approval on proofs (if Fresco is preparing design work).

We also offer an express service on many items for an additional cost, typically 10% of the total hardware and print value. Please contact us before placing an urgent order to confirm availability and deadlines.


Delivery

  • Standard next working day delivery is from the date of despatch. Delivery times are 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Flat-rate delivery costs and lead times apply to mainland UK addresses only (excluding Scottish Highlands). Please request a quote for non-mainland UK destinations.

  • For international deliveries, Fresco can provide a shipping quote or customers may arrange their own courier. Any duties or local charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs processes may cause delays. Fresco cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

  • If using your own courier, it is your responsibility to ensure collection is arranged and all required documentation is provided. Fresco is not liable for issues once goods are collected.

  • Failed delivery attempts: if no one is available to sign, couriers usually attempt delivery the following working day. After 2 failed attempts, goods are returned to Fresco and additional delivery charges will apply.


Inspection of Goods on Delivery

  • Please inspect parcels carefully before signing. Ensure all items are checked before accepting delivery.

  • Fresco does not provide compensation for losses caused by printing errors. All orders should be checked within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Always assemble stands before taking them to an event or passing them to your client.

  • If delivering directly to your customer, ensure they are made aware of these conditions.

  • Important: Fresco will not accept liability for goods signed for as “in good condition” or “unchecked.”

Fresco will always inform you of any potential production or courier delays. However, we cannot accept liability for consequential losses due to late deliveries. For time-sensitive events, please schedule deliveries in advance.


Returns Policy – Defective Goods Only

Most of our products are custom-made to order (including printed fabrics, graphics, and exhibition hardware). For this reason, we do not accept returns if you change your mind, order incorrectly, or no longer require the goods.

We will, however, replace or refund items that are defective, damaged in transit, or not produced to the agreed specification.

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged goods. Bespoke printed products cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Notification: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report a defect or damage.

  • Process: Email info@fresco.co.uk or call 01422 246634 with your order number and details of the issue. We may request photographs to help resolve the matter quickly.

  • Return shipping: If a return is required, Fresco will provide instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Resolution: Once returned goods are inspected, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including original delivery charges, where applicable).

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled any time before goods enter production. Cancellations must be made in writing to info@fresco.co.uk, quoting your order number and reason for cancellation. Any payments received will be refunded.

  • As goods are made to order, once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and the full amount will remain payable.

  • Fresco will not assume an order is cancelled due to delayed payment or artwork. You must confirm cancellation in writing.

  • For non-printed goods sourced to order, a re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the goods value plus return shippingmay apply.

  • All returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and sent at the customer’s cost via an insured service.

  • We cannot accept returns of bespoke printed products unless they are defective (see Returns Policy above).


Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before despatch. Customers are responsible for ensuring timely payment. A pro forma invoice will be issued once the order is confirmed.
